Synthetic Ice Rinks for Sports and Leisure ecological and multifunctional

Our Fight Against Climate Change

The earth gets warmer. This is a fact we can no longer ignore. 2017 was the warmest measured year that was not influenced by the climate phenomenon El Niño. 2016 was the warmest year in history, with an average ground temperature of 14.84°C. This was announced by NASA and American scientific agency NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) at a press conference. This means we have raised our average temperature by 0.94°C since the mid 20th century (13.9°C).

At GreenIce we have made ice skating 100% eco-friendly. Traditional ice rinks take a toll on the environment and are expensive to keep, with their staggering cooling costs and constant need for maintenance.

With a GreenIce synthetic ice rink you can skate in any climate, indoors as well as outdoors. The white surface glides and feels just like real ice, but is made of mobile and versatile synthetic Eco-Ice panels that are easily assembled anywhere you want. All that while being completely ecological. Our ice rinks are 100% recyclable, and all our production residues are either used or recycled.

But it doesn’t stop there. A GreenIce rink doesn’t need cooling, maintenance or a power supply.

GreenIce offers the authentic ice skating experience — with 0% energy use and remaining 100% eco-friendly.
